梅菜焖肉,🐷肉皮嚼起来QQ的,整个吃起来肥而不腻,超级下饭🍚非常好吃👍🏻

材料:500克三层肉,300克甜梅菜,150克咸梅菜,蒜,2勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,1公升清水

烹饪方法:
1️⃣把买来的梅菜放清水里浸泡1~2小时(如果急着吃就用水洗净后面加水煮时要多加水)
2️⃣把肉先切成块,梅菜切成小段备用
3️⃣下油待热,加入蒜头,炒匀爆香,加入肉片炒匀,爆至变色
4️⃣加入梅菜翻炒,翻炒均匀后加入开水漫过菜,加2勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,烧开转中火,加盖煮45分钟
5️⃣起盖,炒匀收水
6️⃣煮至汤汁浓厚即可盛出
