Welcome to this video of my series on Salone del Mobile 2023. I had the opportunity to visit the Salone del Mobile this year in Milan, Italy.

Salone del Mobile is a benchmark event that serves as a platform for emerging designers and businesses. This year’s edition boasted an impressive list of exhibitors - designers under 35, design schools, and universities. It was inspiring to be surrounded by creativity and innovative design!

In the realm of interior design, lighting serves as a sort of magical thread that weaves together the fabric of a space! Among all the available lighting options, chandelier lights stand out. They bring opulence, sophistication, and artistic expression to any space.

A chandelier is more than just a light fixture; it is a masterpiece that takes center stage, defining the ambiance and mood of the room. It can leave an impression on anyone who enters.

Salone del Mobile 2023 had a striking collection of chandelier lights by Barovier & Toso, a renowned brand known for its heritage of glassmaking. They show the essence of luxury, tradition, and modernity.

Based out of the enchanting city of Venice, Italy, the company's reach extends further with partners based in Delhi, India. These Indian partners efficiently manage services throughout India.

The chandeliers by Barovier and Toso were not just light fixtures; they were visual narratives, stories woven through glass, crystal, and illumination!

Barovier and Toso was established in 1296. They are known to the world as the ones who introduced transparency in glass for the first time.

Venezia 1295 - A timeless and traditional Venetian chandelier. It's a light you can’t go wrong with. This is one of their flagship pieces. The glasswork and intricate detailing capture tradition. On a closer look, these luminous fixtures reveal intricately embedded 24-karat gold dust within the glass.

This statement chandelier would be perfect in a classical home interior setting. It would be perfect over a large central dining area or living room. It pairs beautifully with rich fabrics like deep-hued velvets.

They also excel in crafting contemporary lighting pieces that find their place as decorative elements in residential settings.
