"Our theme for our 2nd Anniversary is "Empower Sierra Leone women as change agents." To all the girls and women of Sierra Leone, I say never to doubt your value and power in society. Chase all opportunities and believe in all possibilities to pursue and achieve your dreams. Let your minds and intellect and not your body and smiles define you as an engaged, visionary, transformative, and innovative citizen of Sierra Leone. Women of SL, your time has come. This moment in our history is your time. This moment in our lives is your chance. As Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States of America, says, "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the Change that we seek."
