A delicious BLACK FOREST CAKE with CHOCOLATE GNACHE layers soak in a CHARRY SYRUP and covered in WHIPPING CREAM, decorate with CHOCOLATE and CHARRIES. So let's get started...

INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHOCOLATE SPONGE:

1 Cup All-purpose flour
⅓ Cup Coco Powder
1+½ Tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
MAKE 1 MORE CHOCOLATE SPONGE FOR SAME RECIPE.

FOR MERINGUE:
4 Egg whites (room temperature)
4 Egg Yolks (room temperature)
½ cup Granulated Sugar
1½ tsp Vanilla essence
½ cup oil

FOR CHERRY SYRUP & FILLING:
1 Charry Canned
Use same Charry Canned syrup + ½ Cup water.
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

250G Milk Chocolate
¾ cup Heavy whipping cream

FOR CREAM FROSTING:

2½ Cup Heavy whipping cream
(Already added Sugar, if cream don't have add 8 tbsp Granulated Sugar or Icing Sugar)
1 tsp Vanilla essence

FOR DECORATION:

Milk Chocolates/Dark Chocolate Shavings as required
Charries as required
