Dr. G's Body Language Course:
https://www.drgexplains.com/offers/CE...
In this video, Dr. G, a clinical and forensic psychologist, analyzes Bryan Kohberger’s chilling courtroom demeanor during his surprise guilty plea in the murder of four University of Idaho students. On July 2, 2025, Kohberger stood before the judge and calmly admitted to the brutal killings, showing little emotion as he accepted four life sentences and waived his right to appeal. Dr. G breaks down the body language and behavioral cues Kohberger displayed throughout the hearing—focusing on his unsettling calm, flat affect, and calculated responses. What does this behavior tell us about his mindset? Was his emotionless presence a sign of guilt, psychopathy, or something else? Join Dr. G as he brings clinical and forensic insight into one of the most high-profile criminal cases in recent years.
Bryan Kohberger formally appeared before Judge Steven Hippler and changed his plea from “not guilty” to guilty on all five counts: four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary related to the November 13, 2022, killings of University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin in Moscow, Idaho. As part of the plea agreement, the prosecution withdrew its pursuit of the death penalty; Kohberger will receive four consecutive life sentences without parole plus a 10-year term for the burglary, and he has waived any right to appeal. In court, Kohberger remained calm and answered “yes” when asked if he was pleading guilty because he was guilty.Judge Hippler will formally pass sentence on July 23, 2025.
