The reason I picked Quick Mill Rubino as my first machine to introduce is because everything I know professionally about coffee started with this prosumer espresso machine.

However the grinder I paired with the Rubino back then was the Eureka Specialita which I had long sold it away as it only comes with 55mm flat burr and the retention on that is not as good as my RF64W. Which in the near future, I demonstrate its capability of achieving zero retention without any bellowing.
