Simple Procedure to Join Attribute Tables in QGIS
1. Open the two (sample: Roads and Road1) shapefiles.
2. Add each attribute table a column with the same title as the marker for the join field and target field.
3. Export the shapefile (Road1) in CSV format and be sure that the (add saved file map) is checked.
4. Right-click the shapefile (Roads), go to properties and select the joins.
5. Click the plus sign on the left side bottom.
6. At the join layer select the CSV file
7. At the (join field) and the (join target) select the same column or the maker we add at the number 2 procedure.
8. Check (custom field name prefixes) erase the prefixes then click ok.
9. Check the attribute table if they were combined in the correct position.
10. Export the shapefile to save the join attribute table.
