Kaotica Eyeball Test

I've recently bought a Kaotica Eyeball, mainly to record voice-overs. But, I found it to be a really handy tool so I was wondering how it would sound with some vocals.

I wrote this little test track and recorded the main vocal on the toilet (worst room here) and the other one in the studio room. They both sounded really dry so I've added reverb later on.

I know the edit isn't ideal but it's just to give you an impression of how it went haha.

Vocals recorded with Blue Kiwi mic+Kaotica Eyeball directly into Apogee Ensemble Thunderbolt.
Guitars recorded with Blue kiwi mic directly into Apogee Ensemble
Strings: East West Gold
Drums: Steven Slate Drums

Quick mix was made using the terrific Fabfilter Pro Q2 and Pro C and the reverb is just the stock Logic Pro X reverb.
Also, the DAW used for the recording.

I think the Kaotica Eyeball is a really handy tool that is ideal to have around when needed. Easy to setup and it just works!
