Witness the 3 Day Nyeda (Marriage ceremony) of an intertribe couple Nyshi & Apatani Tribe. Taro Tasasaki son of Late Taro Chatung (Journalist) & Smti Somcha Lowang (Former DC of Ziro) and Pimpy Tachang daughter of Late Takar Tachang (Executive Engineer) & Smti Messam Nabam Tachang.
The Nyeda witnessed a beautiful union of all 3 tribes Nyishi, Apatani & Nocte (Lowang’s from Groom’s Mother’s side).

DAY 1: Arrival of Nyeda at Tachang Namlo followed by Buya Sonam (dance performed by Nyishi tribes on Weddings/Nyeda )
DAY 2 : Nyeda Bareeks in the morning followed by Reception party in the Evening
DAY 3: Namlo Service and Departure of Nyeda

(A small Mehendi Ceremony was incorporated on 1st day before Nyeda Arrival by the bride for her bridesmaids. Please note this no way indicates us disregarding our customs/traditions by incorporating mainland Indian culture.)
