This is Robocop 2, developed by Special FX, published by Ocean and released in 1990.
I remember getting this game for Christmas in 1990, I was 11 at that time. Was a Robocop fan at the time and still am today.
It was good to revisit this game as I have not played it since way back in early 90's.
Definitely one that brings back the memories.
