We visited Blackpool Town Centre on Monday 16th December 2024, just 9 days before Christmas, and were left wondering whether the Christmas Spirit had indeed been kidnapped by the Humbugs (reference the Aldi Christmas 2024 advert), or if Scrooge was around, as there were no delightfully vinylled Christmas buses, no sign of Rudolph's red nose and antlers (or was it a rear view!!) and only two buses actually showed Merry Christmas on their destination screens.
It's "not" beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Blackpool.
