This video demonstrates how lettuce is harvested using a harvesting machine (specifically lettuce mixes) in California.

This video was taken at Babé Farms in Santa Maria, California, and follows the mowing, packing and palletizing of lettuce in the field. All harvested product is then transferred to the processing plant to be washed and packed into the final packaging.
