Roblox is facing fresh legal heat. Popular YouTuber and attorney *Law By Mike* has announced plans to **sue Roblox over child safety concerns**, teaming up with the same legal team that represented well-known Roblox predator catcher **Schlep**.
In a new video titled “We’re Suing Roblox”*, Mike accused the company of **failing to protect children on its platform**, citing an earlier 2025 lawsuit involving a minor, referred to as **DH**. That case alleged Roblox **marketed itself as a safe digital playground* while allowing adults to contact kids.
This announcement comes after weeks of controversy surrounding Roblox’s handling of the *Schlep situation**. Schlep, who built a massive following confronting alleged predators he said he found on Roblox, was **banned in August 2025* for violating the platform’s *“vigilante group policies.”*
Despite the partnership, **Schlep is not personally suing Roblox at this time**. He confirmed the collaboration on social media, writing: * “You guys asked for it, Law By Mike is teaming up with my lawyers.” Later, he issued a **correction**:
“Correction regarding Law By Mike’s new video: No lawsuit filed yet. Right now my priority is child safety…”
Law By Mike also clarified in the comments that **Schlep himself has not filed a lawsuit**.
For now, the legal action is still in its **planning stage**. Law By Mike says more cases may soon be filed, depending on how many families come forward.
