Discovering America by Bicycle | PART 19: OVER THE WABASH

Описание к видео Discovering America by Bicycle | PART 19: OVER THE WABASH

Leaving Flora, Illinois, we encounter wind and tricky roads before making it to our lovely campsite in Red Hill State Park. And then on to the Wabash. When you’re cycling, natural landmarks take on increased significance. Many people have probably never heard of the Wabash River, but it’s a wide river that separates Illinois from Indiana. Crossing over it brought us into a new state and even though one wouldn’t think that there is that much difference between Illinois and Indiana, everything feels different once we crossed. In Indiana, the country gets hillier, and even more beautiful, until we reach the small city of Washington.
