iPhone 6S Plus not charging - short on pmic line.

This time we got iPhone 6S Plus that came with not charging issue. After replacing the tristar and seeing no difference I found short on PP3V0_TRISTAR. Unfortunately this line goes under pmic, so pmic had to be removed.
After doing the repair PP3V0_TRISTAR wasn't shorted anymore but phone wont turn on :( booo ...
