How to make a Duct Tape Dummy for a fursuit

Описание к видео How to make a Duct Tape Dummy for a fursuit

Skye and Aiko, the owners of Thunderhowl Studios go through the steps to making a Duct Tape Dummy(Abbreviated DTD). A DTD is often requested by fursuit makers when making a fullbody fursuit because they provide all your measurements and body shapes. They act as a canvas for suit makers to shape the body suits around.
A lot of cosplay or costume creators also use Duct Tape Dummies.

We highly recommend Nashua brand (all weather) Duct Tape in white or a lighter color, so that sharpie can be seen easily.

Nashua 398 Polyethylene Coated Cloth Professional Grade Duct Tape, 55 m Length, 48 mm Width, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BQQQ8S/...

You can find this tape on the Duct aisle at Home Depot. NOT the paint aisle, that’s for the cheap junk “Duck” Tape.

If your Dtd is made well, it’ll save your maker days of work and your bodysuit will fit so nicely! So don’t cheap out on your dtd. Aim to do it well and get some friends to help.
