For the purposes of this video, the comments section, and my sanity, "One-Shot" means a single press of the main attack button to deploy Dreeg's Evil Eye. Yes, I'm mostly debuffing the enemies with Curse of Frailty in advance and, yes, some gear items (example the belt) have an attack skill with a percentage chance on attack so these often occur.
