What I Learned From a MILLION DOLLAR Mistake

I'm biased but industrial real estate is the greatest thing on earth.

Except when it's not.

In this short video I'll tell the story of Charles who built a custom building for his thriving health & safety training business. It was (and technically still is) a beautiful property, but one design choice ending up costing him over $1 million when he went to sell it.

This building taught me 3 very valuable lessons that have stuck with me to this day and form the foundation of how I approach brokerage and investing.
