You cannot have what they once had unless you pay the price
You will not have that special blessing without sacrifice
They lived in such a manner where their lives would stand the test
You cannot have that old-time power without holiness

The world could see a difference in those saints of God of old
They stood the fires of persecution
Oh, the stories told
Thank God there is a remnant, yes, a few are left
