When Zomato stopped their Legends feature, I knew I had to take matters into my own hands and try this iconic Kolkata biryani. So, I landed at the famous Park Circus outlet of Arsalan, where the lines were long, but the food was worth every minute.

Starting with their succulent Chicken Chaap—an Awadhi and Mughlai dream, rich and flavorful, it was love at first bite. 😍

And then... the biryani. Perfectly spiced long-grain rice, melt-in-your-mouth mutton, and the star—that signature Kolkata potato 🥔 that gives this biryani its uniqueness. The yakhni flavors hit all the right notes, and this biryani definitely lived up to the legend! 🔥
