Noahed Episode 1 | Roland-Garros

On the 5th June of 1983, Yannick Noah won Roland Garros in front of a cheering France. To understand this unique moment in tennis’ history, the film director Benjamin Rassat met those who are best entitled to speak of this exploit : the seven opponents of Noah that year. By reviewing with emotion the important moments of their respective matches, they tell us who Yannick Noah is : the fighter and the tactician, the volleyer and the excellent defender but above all the incredible competitor. Through their testimonies, they relate us about this extraordinary victory that has entered forever in our collective memory.
