This video highlights the Climate Resilience Extreme Events Portal (CREEP) which is part of the Climate Change and Extreme Events Training and Research (CCEETR) Program, a Federal Railroad Administration Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) project. This video was created for the 2025 104th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board. This research is being conducted by the University of Hawaii's National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) with support from the Pacific Disaster Center and Haley & Aldrich, Inc.
