Today, I want to cement Northbridge's importance in the region...

I'm trying for E.P.E.C. in my region... ie every product to every city! Will I make it? Or will this achievement get stolen from me right at the end???

And... @RickboBaggins issued a challenge to create the biggest city in Collabria! Am I up for that??? You bet! :)
