After several refills of CO2 for my home brewing setup, I found a leak in my CO2 system that I hadn't even thought to check (as I thought it was a manufacturer's part). At any rate problem solved and lesson learned. I urge everyone getting started with kegging that you check every single part of your CO2 cylinder, gauges, and lines to ensure you don't have leaks. You'll quickly lose CO2 and money if you don't!
