Requirements:
Completed Regicide
Level 42 Fletching, 56 Agility & 44 Construction.
Bring with you: 10 Mahogany Planks, 90 Mithril Nails, a bit of fish, antipoison & money for transportation (or if you have unlocked the loadstone east of Camp Tyras. )

Quest is part of the Elf series. You'll need to complete this quest to do Plague's End to get into The City of Elves.

The next quest I'll be doing is Within the Light.
