1) Masala:

2)
Oil: 3 tbsp
Bayleaf :2
Black cardamom:2/4
Green cardamom : 2
Green chillies:2
Prepraird masala:2 tbsp Y
Red chilli powder: 1 TSP
salt to taste
Turmeric powder :½tbsp
Green coriander as required
Chicken : 250 grm
Water: 3 glass
Lemon : ½

Remove All chicken pieces
And add soaked Rice:
Rice : 2 cup's

3) Chicken Marination:
Curd:1 bowl
Oil: 1tbsp
Chicken tikka masala :2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp

4) Smoke:
Coal :
Butter :

5) Assemble:
Onion
Tomato
Cucumber
Chopped Dry fruits
Coriander leaves
