World of Warships Shiptage | Yoshino Edition

I’m the super cruiser, Yoshino. I was designed to provide assistance and serve as the flagship during nocturnal torpedo warfare, but in the end I haven’t participated in actual combat. While night battles might be my strong point, I’m not that great at torpedo warfare… Ahahaha…

Quick review of the Yoshino:
Yoshino is the tier 10 Imperial Japanese Navy super cruiser. She carries 9 310 mm guns with the fastest reload speed and highest HE alpha on her shells among the tier 10 super cruiser competitors. Did I mention that she is also one of the stealthiest cruisers even amongst the heavy cruisers? She has a whopping 11.9 km concealment and even the Hindenburg has higher concealment with 12.3 km.

Her HE like every other super cruisers are capable of penning up to mostly 51 mm plating making it easy to pen nearly every battleship's plating in the game with a few exceptions like Kremlin's 60 mm plating or Yamato's mid section 57 mm plating. You can farm damage very easily in the Yoshino from range with her consistent shell velocity making it easy to hit targets.

Not only is her HE excellent but her AP is as well. She can citadel any cruisers ranging from light to even super cruisers like Stalingrad at her max range with spotter plane which is up to 25 km. Her AP is excellent at every range so make sure to use it when you spot a ship that is broadside to you.

Yoshino can be played differently to what ships you are facing on your flank. Because she is covered in 30 mm plating across her hull, she can easily bounce battleship shells that cannot overmatch 30 mm plating like Montana or Kurfurst which means you can play more aggressive at that flank but if there are battleships that can overmatch you like Thunderer or Vermont, it is advised to stay at range and farm them down.

Her kiting angle for firing all guns are extremely good and you will have no problem of having to show broadside to fire all guns except when you are pushing in. Her incredible base range means that you can forgo taking range upgrade and take the reload upgrade instead making her have fast reload speed and huge range to farm ships.

Is she worth getting? Yoshino is a ship that can be extremely enjoyable that is either farming down battleships or getting those juicy citadel hits on cruisers that broadsides to you even at over 20 km range. She is also a unique ship in a sense that you most likely can't find a similar ship for the same experience except of course her sister Azuma. That in itself makes her worth getting.

It can also be that you typed it wrongly or you already used two container code this month before.
