Gangster Vikas Dubey Killed in Encounter, Day After His Arrest

UP gangster Vikas Dubey, the prime accused in the killing of the eight cops in the Kanpur shoot-out, was killed in an encounter while the police were taking him back to Kanpur, a day after he was arrested from MP's Ujjain.
