The Small Universe Meditation was created by Master Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest Qigong. This meditation is unique to spring forest and is a variation of a more commonly known meditation, The Microcosmic Orbit.

In this teaching excerpt from my online Energy in Motion community, I explain how to practice the Small Universe Meditation and introduce another way to open up energy channels along the front and back of the torso (the two most important energy channels in the body).
UPDATE! Since this video was recorded, the teachings have been refined by Master Lin to indicate the qi flows up the Governing Channel (Back) and down through the Central Channel (through the middle of the body, through the upper, middle, and lower dantians) as opposed to the Conception or Front Channel.
