GENESIS G70 STEERING WHEEL VOLUME NOT WORKING

Hey guys so we got this Genesis G70 with intermittent steering wheel volume control not working. When it came to our shop, all the controls were working during that time, as soon we deliver the vehicle back to the customer suddenly the control did not work. This is what so frustrating about intermittent issue, and of course if during my testing everything is working i cant fix anything. Luckily the problem showed up and with some harness manipulation we pinpoint the issue.
