चिंगरा पगार झरना राज्य की राजधानी रायपुर से लगभग 78 किमी और जिला मुख्यालय से लगभग 12 किमी दूर है, गरियाबंद से सिर्फ 12 किमी दूर गरियाबंद राजिम राज्य राजमार्ग की ओर बरुका नामक एक गांव है, जहां से चिंगरा पगार इसके सामने के पहाड़ों से 3 किमी पूर्व में है, यहां साल भर पहुंचा जा सकता है। चूंकि यह राज्य राजमार्ग से केवल 3 किमी दूर है, लेकिन अंतिम 3 किमी की यात्रा घने जंगल से होती है, जिसमें कच्ची पथरीली कच्ची सड़क है, जिसमें बहुत सारी उतार-चढ़ाव हैं और सड़क के किनारे छोटे-छोटे झरने हैं, जो पर्यटकों के धैर्य की परीक्षा लेंगे, लेकिन 5 से 10 मिनट की धैर्यपूर्ण यात्रा यह एक शानदार आश्चर्य की ओर ले जाएगा जिसे चिंगरा पगार झरना कहा जाता है, जैसा कि स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने बताया है कि इस झरने में पहाड़ी से ऊपर एक पहाड़ी झरने का पानी आता है, इसलिए यह गर्मियों के दौरान सूख जाता है, इसलिए बारिश और सर्दियों के मौसम यहां जाने के लिए सबसे उपयुक्त हैं। यह आश्चर्य की बात है क्योंकि बारुका गांव सीधे राज्य राजमार्ग पर है, कोई भी रायपुर गरियाबंद और राजिम में अच्छे होटल, लॉज और रेस्तरां पा सकता है और वहां से अपनी यात्रा की योजना बना सकता है।


Chingra pagaar Waterfall is nearly 78kms from State Capital Raipur and nearly 12kms from District Head Quarter Just 12kms away from Gariyaband there is a village called Baruka towards Gariyaband Rajim State Highway from where Chingra pagaar is 3kms east to its front Mountains Waterfall is approachable throughout the year as it is just 3kms from State highway but the last 3kms journey is from dense forest with a unmetalled stony Kachcha road with a lot of undulations and small brooks along the road which will test the patience of tourist But a 5 se 10 mins of patient journey will led to a splendid surprise which is called Chingra pagaar Waterfall As told by the local Villagers that the fall receives water from a hilly brook up from the hill so it gets dry during summer Hence the months of rainy and winter season are most advisable for visiting this wonder As Baruka village is directly on the State Highway one can find good hotels lodges and restaurants in Raipur Gariyaband and Rajim and can plan their tour plan from there
