Moscow flea market
Moscow´s flea market, also known as Izmailovo Market (or Izmailovsky) is definitely the most beautiful market I have ever seen. Not because of the things you can find there but because the place that holds the market looks like a castle from a fairy tale town.



Founded in 2002 the market is divided into two areas. On the left-hand side, you can find a few restaurants, some museums (vodka museum, chocolate museum, etc), small shops where you can buy sweets and bakery brought from monasteries, small coffee booths, a pond (said to be one of the oldest ponds in Moscow), Saint Nicholas church (the oldest wooden church in Russia), workshops and even a chapel. This part is called “Kremlin at Izmailovo”.
