Hello Everyone!
The music from Dark Souls is written by Motoi Sakutaba, one of my favorite game composers and is kinda different from other video game music. Has absolutely different and unique style. This particular composition is melancholic, tragic, but with uplifting parts, with disonant chords and intervals(which makes a style of Motoi Sakutaba). It consists of five parts: 1-st part is with cluster chords and main melody, next with sixth interval in left hand and melody in right, personally liked one, next return to main melody, then part with arpeggios in left hand and chords and intervals in right(very cool hits of the gwyn when low bass chords comes in), fourth part serves as a respite and is a transition to the last one and the last, Am chord and uplifting G chord. Important to mention that this is shortened version of the original track, maybe someday I'll upload longer version.
I have learned it to play for a birthday of my friend. I've played it, he liked it and have decided to upload a video.
