In this video, I demonstrate the way I show my students to remove patties from the bottoms of a pot if the glaze ran… although I do unfortunately lose two of them due to a poor application of a runny glaze too far down onto a base glaze. Anyhoo...I show the use of a hammer and chisel, a bench grinder and stilt stone. The kids also use sanitized goggles and a clean dust mask when they do the grinding outside on my portable grinding station.
