Hi - This year marks me turning 50 so ive started working out by doing weights at home & going 2 rides a week BUT i wanted to try a different sport that i tried years back but never stuck at it & thats kick scooter riding as i know its hard work especially me living on a hill !! So in this video i go a 0.98 mile scooter ride to my local town & back - Yes it was hard work coming home but i loved it it was a mint workout ..
