Insal'Arte extracts are obtained from selected fruits and vegetables cold-extracted, without dyes, preservatives, water or added sugars. Through the use of High Pressure Processing, a high pressure pasteurization process without particular thermal alterations, the ingredients and the characteristics of the raw materials are preserved guaranteeing a microbiologically stable product.

The result is an unfiltered extract, which may have a deposit on the bottom. This is not to be considered a defect of the product, but rather an intrinsic characteristic of it. It is sufficient to shake well before consuming to obtain a homogeneous product to drink.

Insal'Arte extracts are on the shelf of fresh fruit and vegetables, and even at home after purchase must be kept in the refrigerator.
