Ingredients:
5 -6 Fish
10-12 Red Chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 med. Onion
4 garlic flakes
1/2 inch ginger
2 marble size Tamarind
To dry roast
1/4 tsp Fenugreek / Methi seeds
1/4 tsp [less than] Ajwain
6-7 peppercorns

Ground to a fine curry paste.
In a Kadai, add ground masala, alongwith water.
Curry leaves
1 inch ginger
3 green chillies
1 small size chopped onion
Salt to taste
