How to make Kolhapuri Misal Pav | झणझणीत कोल्हापुरी मिसळ पाव | Misal recipe with Homemade Masala | Maharashtrian street food

Ingredients:
Sprouted Matki/Moth beans - 2 cups
4 cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
(for sprouted matki- soak matki in a water for over night, next morning drain the water and tie the matki in muslin or cheese cloth for a day and you will see the sprouted matki)

For Masala -
2 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 inch Cinnamon
10 Cloves/ laung
1-2 Stone flower / Dagad Fool
1/2 tsp black Peppercorn
2-Star anise
1 tsp Saunf/ fennel seeds
1/2 cup dry shredded coconut
5-10- cloves garlic (as per their size)
4-5 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
Blender to blend the above ingredients

For Matki Chi Usal
1-2 big spoon oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
7-8 Curry leaves
1 cup chopped onion
Salt - as per taste
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Tomato
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

For Rassa or Kat
2-3 big spoon Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
9-10 Curry leaves
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves
1/2 Chopped Tomato
2-3 tsp Jaggery
1/4 cup tamarind pulp
To Serve -
Farsan, Chopped Coriander, Chopped Onion, Pav

You will get all the above ingredients in Indian grocery store
