The night prayer is an important element in perfecting our relationship with Allah, and the practice of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon Him) clearly indicates the times of the night prayer, and the intimate nature of the prayer in the darkness of the night.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER -

After completing his Bachelor of Science with a Major in Engineering, Shaykh Omar El-Banna began his Qiyam al Layl - Omer El Banna[HD]

extensive journey in the gaining of Islamic knowledge. For eight years he has devoted his time to the extensive study of Islamic knowledge under prominent scholars in Egypt gaining a wide knowledge base. Shaykh Omar studied at Al-Azhar University in Cairo in the Faculty of Islamic Jurisprudence.

Shaykh Omar is currently finishing his Masters in Islamic Studies at the University of New England. Having been involved in Dawah for the past 10 years, Shaykh Omar is now concentrating his efforts on the Dawah efforts in Australia, working with Muslim youth.
