Free Mahaprasad for Devotees // JMM Mocks BJP Over Soren Rumors

The Odisha government is contemplating offering free 'Mahaprasad' to devotees visiting the Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri for darshan of the sibling deities. Law Minister Prithiraj Harichandan mentioned that plans are underway to distribute 'Abhada' at no cost to around 1-1.5 lakh devotees daily, with discussions ongoing with potential donors.
The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) on Sunday mocked the BJP amidst rumors of former Chief Minister Champai Soren switching parties.
In a Hindi post on X, the Hemant Soren-led party commented, "Jharkhand BJP is overflowing with chief ministers: former former former former CM Babulal Marandi, former CM Arjun Munda, former CM Madhu Koda (who joined through the back door), former CM Raghubar Das, and above all, the Super CM, Himanta Biswa Sarma.
