How To Reverse Sear Picanha On A Pellet Grill | Grilled Picanha Steak

In today's video I am showing you how I like to cook grilled picanha steak, and my go to method is reverse seared on a pellet grill! Now, if you haven't ever had picanha then please just stop reading this and go buy one...seriously. I have a link for where I got mine below, I can speak for the quality, and it is amazing! Picanha is often referred to as the "queen of steak" and Ribeye is the king, and I agree. Picanha is beefy, juicy, tender, and delicious! I chose to reverse sear my picanha steak on my Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 pellet grill, and man the results were amazing! I did a dry brine with just kosher salt, smoked them at 225º and seared these picanha steaks off for some AMAZING smokey and seared reverse seared picanha! This is one of my favorite cuts for good reason, and this picanha is some of the BEST beef I haver head! I truly hope you enjoy this reverse seared picanha recipe!
