RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spelt flour,
2/3 cup rye flour,
1/3 coconut flour (or 1 cup spelt, 1 cup rye)
1/2 cup avocado or grapeseed oil,
1/2 cup agave,
1/2 tsp sea salt,
1tsp vanilla extract,
1/4 cup date sugar...
is the confusing part when I add more sparkling water and coconut cream? This happens when you use coconut flour, it absorbs all the moisture so I kept adding liquid until the consistency is like extra thick pancake batter.

When the batter is the right consistency, gently fold in a handful of berries (about 6 oz) and pour into the muffin tin.

-The challenge with the frosting is that once you make it, you have to use it. The frosting will turn to a solid block in the fridge.

I made some different frosting yesterday for a cake, and it would work better, but I don't have the video up yet. Thanks for watching, and if you have any questions that this didn't answer, let me know :)
