Join me for a typical day in my life, balancing my engineer job (the 9-5), my content job(s), Ironman training, baking, my pup, and more!

I got treated to a really nice sunrise on my morning run, spent lots of time with Hound, had a productive day at the office (and played pickleball over lunch!), then came home to an awesome PR package from Nutella, made some cupcakes, and relaxed a bit!
I’m still in my off season, so my workouts have been shorter and fewer in number than usual. Will be picking things up again soon!
I’ve been going in to the office once a week and truly loving it. It’s so nice to see coworkers, and have a bit of a change of scenery once a week.
Hound proves again why he’s just the best dog - absolutely adorable on our walkies, and an angel when it comes to nail trimmings!
I also baked up some cupcakes to decorate with a cute fall theme - that video will be up soon! 🥰
