Описание к видео Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S vs. Nikon Z 14-30mm f/4 for Landscape Photography | Backcountry Journeys

Guide Matt Meisenheimer has been a Nikon user his entire career and he loves the current wide-angle offerings for the Z system.

The Nikon Z 14-30mm f/4 S and Z Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 S are fantastic wide-angle options, two of the best on the market across all systems.

In this video, Matt attempts to tackle the question - which is better? And more importantly, what's the best option for landscape photography?

The Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S is better optically, but as you'll see in the video, there are other considerations that are important when deciding between these two lenses.

The Z 14-30mm f/4 S is shockingly small and lightweight, takes 82mm threaded filters, and offers pro-grade quality throughout its range.

Is a max aperture of f/2.8 and slightly better optical performance worth the increased size, larger filters, and $1,000 extra? It is to Matt, but it might not be to you.

Check out the video and let us know what you think.
