PERFECT PEEP=PERFECT GROUPS

The peep sight is an absolute MUST have in compound archery. It allows you to line up the front sight with a rear (peep) sight, just like on a long range accuracy rifle using iron sights. In hunting situations, a larger diameter peep is preferred to allow in more light in low light bowhunting conditions. However, the bigger the peep, the greater the opportunity to have a front sight/rear peep sight misaligned. During my offseason training and shooting, I reduce my peep size in order to force myself to be better aligned. This quickly shrinks group size and will give you a quick understanding about the importance of these two aspects of aiming and accuracy.
