Rigging Flight Control Cables

Описание к видео Rigging Flight Control Cables

In this video we show installation of the control stick assembly and control cables for our Bearhawk Model 5. We used Nicopress sleeves to form the eyes at the ends of our control cables. We created control cables using this method for the elevator, elevator trim, rudder, and flaps. This process includes Nicopress swaging, cutting control cables, turnbuckles, fairleads, pulleys, and cable retainers.

NOTE: not shown in this video, a bushing was inserted between the two bearings in the elevator bellcrank shown at 1:24.
