Arne Bülow-Berntzen, CEO and owner of Cicero Digital og Grafisk AS bought the rights to the complete collection of wallpaper designs from Jan Raaen, former owner of Vallo Tapetfabrikk, an old Norwegian wallpaper factory. The designs originate from 1890 to 1990. Interior décor specialists Jorunn Tharaldsen, Birgit Torkildsby and Maria Horgen made a selection of these cultural heritage designs and Cicero brings them to life again using state-of-the-art technology, including modern techniques to scan and restore old designs to be ready for printing with the UVgel Wallpaper Factory.
