This is a HYS TC-898VU bought on Ebay and installed where we discovered that it was not working properly out of the box. The mic did not work and that said it then froze up the radio and none of the buttons on the radio or mic worked. It FROZE UP and had to do a total reset to start over. Seller requires this posting to prove it does not work. Thinking that this might be a returned item or seconds. Having great difficulty with the seller standing behind his product. Feel free to contact me for the sellers name if you have concern buying from them.
