There is something so uniquely special about seasonal flowers.

Even though it’s the middle of winter and we sort of seem stuck in these gloomy, dull days - that doesn’t mean that we can’t enjoy fresh flowers. And one of my absolute favorite winter flowers is the amaryllis.

As a flower farmer, I think it's a great strategy to be able to harness the power of seasonal flowers- You know understand and recognize those natural cycles in nature that bring about the right conditions for a particular group of flowers to thrive so that you can have a steady supply of flowers across multiple seasons!
