Shona testimonial - bitter to better

Shona shares how she came to me because she was struggling to create healthy relationships, specifically with her "outlaws" as so many put it. She wanted tools, strategies and answers and got the lot.

Her awesome brother recommended we catch up, as he could see strain and stress this was putting her and her family under.
